Burned two -barbara arn

Pattyn is one of the main charecters in my book. She has a had a very rough time but she is a very strong person in my eyes. She believes what she believes even if it causes trouble. For example her family is morman, this means that they believe in god and his ways. They also believe the purpose of women is to have kids and listen to the male. Pattyn openly states many times that she disagrees with that. She doesn't know if god is real and she thinks women should do as they wish not what they are expected. At the begining she was scared to stand up for her believes but after her first relationship that her father ruined she began to be more opened and show her true feelings for her family. Sometimes it did get her in trouble though. For example her and her mom got in a fight over the purpose of women and Pattyn's behavior in church. Then as a result of this she got sent to live with her aunt for the summer. Pattyn is my favourite charecter in the book because she is such an induvidual. Even though she is confussed. scared and feels trapped in her religion I feel like she is the most real charecter. She deals with things like everyone else and she helps people understand that they are not alone and other people feel trapped like she does. Thankfuly she is not as scared to be herself towards the end.
